With many cinemas now serving hot food to guests, you may already be using a conventional paging system, or looking to adopt one. These systems however are quite disruptive to other guests in the cinema when they go off with colourful lights and loud buzzing that cannot be stopped.

QReady allows you print a QR code and place it at the register. Customers then scan that when they place their order and enter their receipt number (or name/phone, whatever kitchen staff already associate with the order).

When their order is ready, your customer will see that on their phone screen - with no disruption to others.

Option 1: You can continue to judge queue times yourself (e.g. based on markers in the queue) and provide a sign at the start (e.g. 30 mins), except now you just add a QR code as well. A customer scans the QR code next to the 30 minute sign for a ride and when the countdown finishes, they return.

Option 2: You could provide a tablet kiosk to the load operator and they tap the next person in the virtual queue when appropriate.
